1. REFUNDS: There are no refunds/exchanges. Except double purchases of the same item (when they are copy but no transfer). Be careful when buying.
2. COSTUMER ASSISTANCE: I would prefer that if you need my help send me first a notecard describing your problem. I will contact you as soon as possible.
3. COSTUMER SERVICE: Send me a notecard with your proposal - I work on stadiums, buildings, football suits, special AOs, special outfits... Ask is free and It will be a pleasure for me if I can help you.
4. TREASURE HUNTS AND OTHER EVENTS: I love to participate on treasure hunts, so if you are an organizer or know about a coming hunt, please send me the application notecard.
5. For now, I'm not seeking models/promoters and I'm not interested on renting a Mall shop but I could think about a collaboration proposal with other creator.
